Our kids think we’re crazy! Maybe they’re right…
We bought a 31 acre property with two uninhabitable houses and four barns / outbuildings (two of them falling apart). We moved in three days later when most people, including my wife and kids, said it was still not suited for human occupation. Imagine HGTV “Property Brothers”, “Fixer Upper”, and “Flip or Flop” combined and on steroids – then imagine living in it during the renovation. That’s pretty much our life right now! Here is our story…
Jean and Dee. Thank you so much for posting on Facebook which led us to your blog. What an adventure. You have accomplished SO MUCH in just a year!!! You are both amazing! Looking through the pictures we have so many questions. Let us know when you are open for family tours. You live so close we would love to stop by and let you show off all that you’ve done. It is great to hear from you! We have been having a lot of fun with the project. We have plenty of room and while there is still lots to do, we have a couple of guest rooms that are totally functional. Plan a trip!
